Year 1: Company-Wide Sustainability Strategy Assessment 

In the first year, we will carry out a thorough assessment of our sustainability strategy to evaluate our current environmental impact and pinpoint areas for improvement. This first essential step will inform the rest of our carbon plan and help us establish achievable targets.

Year 2: Behavioural Change Programme and Specific Area Audits 

In the second year, it is our plan to implement a behavioural change program to educate and encourage all employees to adopt more sustainable practices. During this period, we will also commence specific area audits, such as waste, to evaluate our current performance and set targets for improvement.

Year 3: Extensive Supply Chain Evaluation 

In the third year, we will carry out an extensive evaluation of our supply chain to assess its impact on the environment and pinpoint areas for improvement. The result of this evaluation will form the foundation for our future targets and will be used to develop new initiatives.

At the end of the three-year period, we will conduct a comprehensive review to evaluate our progress and establish the next phase of our Road Map to Net Zero.
