Andrea Gilbertson

Introducing Andrea Gilbertson, an outstanding member of our team! Andrea joined us in April 2021 as part of the first round of graduate intakes at Panton McLeod. Her first year was a true testament to her dedication as she immersed herself in understanding our business, fearlessly tackling outdoor challenges in all weather conditions.

In her second year, Andrea focused her efforts on spearheading our proactive legionella program. She played a pivotal role in scoping, scheduling, and delivering successful outcomes.

After completing our graduate program, Andrea has risen to the role of Operations Supervisor, entrusted with leading larger projects from inception to completion. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable asset to our team!

But Andrea's talents don't stop at work. Her life experiences are as diverse as they come. From being a vehicle mechanic to serving as a School Business Manager for Service Children's Education and even fulfilling her duties as a Royal Engineer in the British Army (Reserves), Andrea's multifaceted background adds a unique dimension to her expertise.

Random Fact: In 2010, Andrea embarked on an epic journey, running the Berlin marathon by the side of a friend who didn't want to face the challenge alone. Talk about friendship goals and determination in action!
